Commonware

2023

Commonware is a collection of rejected ceramic dishes salvaged from a potters bin. I rescued and glazed each of them for use in the communal meals and making sessions that bought staff, residents and local community partners together as we developed the co-produced program Together we are powerful at The Hub /National Centre for Craft.

It’s sister piece to Commonwear was also made for the same project.
